  • Decide which areas to focus on. Most property agents focus on specific locations. If you want to become a successful real estate agent in Malaysia, you have to focus on particular types of Malaysia property, e.G. High-end condominiums in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. If your target is the upper class, then stick to high-class houses and apartments and if your target is the middle class then make sure you have a wide-array of mid-range properties.
  • Set your goals. Make sure that your goals are realistic so that you can easily achieve them. You can always make bigger goals as your business expands.
